Delish! While here we honestly said this is the best chain restaurant experience we have had in a really long time. Food was fresh and tasty. Service from Lauren was attentive and polite. Atmosphere was lively but not overly loud to disrupt our visit. Tables are spacious spread out. Five star dinner. Thank you

Such an amazing dining experience! You’d never know it’s a chain. Every dish we had was beautifully plated and had so many different elements that went together perfectly. Everything we ate was delicious! The portions were also quite large including the appetizers and deserts. The restaurant itself was by far the cleanest one I’ve maybe ever been in. It looks brand new, yet it’s a few years old. We will definitely be returning very soon!

Moriah was wonderful server and treated us like we were at a 5 star resort! We had just stopped by for some happy hour munchies and a beer before a movie. Deep fried pickles were literally the best I've had. Grabbed a burger from that menu and really enjoyed that, fresh ingredients with aged cheddar(extra but worth it) Beer was iced cold. Sat on the patio and enjoyed the fall weather.

Turtle Jack’s in London is an all-around fantastic spot! The atmosphere is perfect – the lighting creates a cozy but upbeat vibe, and the music selection really adds to the experience without being too loud. Everything is spotless, from the dining area to the washrooms, which shows how much they care about the details. The staff are incredibly attentive and friendly, always making sure I had what I needed without hovering. The food was outstanding – the wings, in particular, were a highlight. Cooked on the BBQ and sauced with the medium flavor, they were packed with smoky flavor and just the right amount of heat. On top of all that, the happy hour deals are excellent, making it easy to enjoy great food and drinks at a great value. Definitely one of my new go-to spots in London for both casual nights out and a good bite to eat anytime from morning to night. Highly recommend!

We visited for a late lunch/early dinner with a group of four to celebrate a friend’s birthday, and it turned out to be a fantastic choice. We intentionally came before the dinner rush, and we’re glad we did — the restaurant filled up quickly as the evening approached. The food was served fast and piping hot, which we really appreciated. Portions were generous, and everything we ordered was absolutely delicious. We started with an appetizer — the wings — and I have to admit, I’m usually very particular about wings. I normally prefer to make them myself rather than order them at a restaurant. But these? They were amazing. Perfectly cooked and full of flavor. The atmosphere was cosy, very clean, and quiet enough for easy conversation, which made it ideal for celebrating and catching up. Nick, the manager/owner was especially nice and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed and adding to the positive experience. Overall, it was a wonderful visit with great food, excellent service, and a warm, welcoming environment. We’ll definitely be back! And I should add that the prices are also very reasonable.

We had such a great experience here! The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented — you can really taste the quality in every bite. The drinks were amazing too, perfectly made and super refreshing. What really stood out was the service. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. The manager was professional, kind, and clearly cares about the guests and the team. You can tell this place is well-run.Highly recommend for a nice meal, great drinks, and top-notch service. We’ll definitely be back!

Highly recommended, we decided to celebrate my bestest grrl's (sic) 50th here. In spite of an unassuming exterior the inside is stylish yet family friendly. The staff was grand. Efficient with the right mix of hospitality and fun without being too informal. The food was excellent. My go to will be the chicken fajitas and the 'fire and ice' dessert. Thanks to Kayla and all.

Luca gave us excellent service at lunch. He was friendly, attentive, and just a great guy to talk to, which made the whole experience even better. The roasted garlic chicken rolls were easily the best part of the meal, so good. Overall, a great lunch and great service from Luca. Would definitely come back!
